Contacting Technical Support
When contacting technical support please include the following:
- Your name and organization
- License key found in Help\About...
- Version of PowerScreen found in Help\About...
- Version of the operating system installed on the computer
- Description of the question or issue
- Any steps you performed leading up to the issue
- Any additional details that may be related to the issue
Important:
We make every effort to reply to technical support inquires as
soon as possible. Technical support will generally be provided
on a first-come first-served basis. Licensed users or any issues
that prevent installing or using the application will be given a
higher priority.
If you do not receive a response within a reasonable
amount of time, please check your spam filter settings to ensure
that you can receive messages from us and have not already
received a filtered message. If you feel we may have not
received your message, please try resending the message or
contacting us from an alternate e-mail account.
